About me

Reinventing simplicity comes easy to the first batch of architects from the Rachana Sansad Academy of Architecture-UA(2014).

A strong pillar of this batch, Neha began her tryst with design in the year 2011 laying the foundation of Neha Goel Architects and was simultaneously appointed, Managing Principal – Design & Build at Sai Chirag Infra Projects.

She further did a certified programme at the Architectural Association (AA) in (2015) and recently graduated from The Bartlett Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis - University College London (UCL), Masters in Smartcities & Urban Analytics(2018).

Since Spring 2018, she has been working at Mumbai First a policy based think tank in Mumbai, India and has moved her focus towards advocating an environmentally conscious lens on a city scale, specific to Mumbai. The city she has grown up in and calls home.

Her most recent initiative Pseudo Stifling : Mumbai & Mumbaikars "Championing Smart and Livable Infra Solutions"  in association with National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI) gained immense traction, culminating into a world conference in the year 2019.

Her respect for nature and belief in people has given her a great sense of responsibility and hence she keenly takes up pro-bono activities at an urban city - centric scale.

Her interest are in quality of life analysis, zero-waste construction methodology, factory built structures and place-making theories.

She is also an avid hobby pilot and flies the Cessna - 172R

She hopes to spread these initiatives in the years to come.
